Message from President

Hello, I hope most have already had time to enjoy Rancho McCrea in 2025. I have
been up several times and had a chance to talk to many of you.

Our Association currently has many ongoing and upcoming projects that we are
work towards. Some of these include:

 Road Work
 Tree/branch removal
 Dust Abatement
 New road and speed sign replacement
 Boat ramp area fence replacement
 Water/Septic work
 Water pressure tank replacement
 Water pump replacement
 New floating water buoys

It has been a busy spring and early summer in 2025. We along with help from many
of you will continue working on the above projects as time allows.

I want to ask that all property owners please get the message out to family, friends,
guests, contractors and others:

SPEED LIMIT is 10 mph or slower and nothing else!! We need to all slow down
before someone gets hurt. If you would like speed bumps, please let me know.

This is a bad problem so please help me get the message out. In the coming months

I have asked the Fremont County Sheriff to patrol Rancho McCrea to see if we can
combat this issue.

In closing I look forward to meeting and talking with everyone at the annual
meeting on August 9th!

Please contact myself or another board member with any questions or concerns.

Have a great summer in Rancho McCrea!!

Sincerely, Jeff Liday
