Rancho McCrea Property Owners Rules and Regulations

Speed limit is 10 mph

Speed bumps available if property owner wishes to install and remove

Helmets for ATV and motorcycle riders for riders under 18 - State Law . No parking in roadways

No fireworks

Fire regulations as per Fremont County

Pets on leashes when off property - pick up your dog poop from others yards/road

Quiet time is 10pm

Garbage in bear proof can or in secure building

No watering the roadways

No watering on Forest Service Land - Water Resource Board

Boat dock for loading and unloading boats owned by RMC owners or guest

Boat trailer stickers are required - warning will be given and then towed

No overnight parking of trailers in boat dock area

Trailers can be parked overnight on the Association lot north of boat ramp.

Boat docks not to be used for overnight mooring, water skiing, jet skiing, sun- bathing or fishing.

Buoy ownership and use is at the discretion of the homeowner

No-wake zone is 100 feet (State Regulation) 200 feet (Parks and Recreation recommendation).

No trespassing through private property

Proof of Fremont County property ownership required at the landfill - County Regulation

Do not flush diapers, rags, feminine products or any other items that could clog the septic system
